Our SSG Celestials Gymnastics Academy follows the National Gymnastics Awards Programme (also known as NATGAP) where children work towards achieving medals and certificates hich can be purchased from £2.50. Children do not need to of had previous experience before joining our academy, we welcome all abilities. T shirts & bags are available to purchase upon signing up from £6.50.

Tiny Tumblers 18m-3 years
Our Tiny Tumblers classes are the perfect introduction to gymnastics for little ones and provide a lovely weekly bonding session for parents and toddlers in a relaxed environment.
Our friendly team of instructors lead a structured thematic session, starting with warm up songs, followed by fun activities where the parent’s partner with their child as they develop the fundamental elements of gymnastics, including jumping, balancing and rolling skills using a variety of apparatus.
Fantastic Flippers 3-5 years
Our Fantastic Flippers children’s gymnastics classes are fun, friendly and full of engaging activities for your 3-5 year old to enjoy.
Throughout the sessions children will become familiar with a range of equipment including our apparatus beam and floor, vault and tumble track.
They will work towards a new focus each week as they develop and achieve badges through the awards scheme
Rec Rockets 6-9 Years
Our fun-filled weekly Rec Rockets classes are designed for children of all abilities, aged 6 to 9 years. Led by our friendly team of instructors, this class is structured around key pieces of apparatus where your child will complete stations on beam, floor, vault and track.
With a different focus each week sessions will work on developing their skills whilst building confidence, having fun and making friends. Participants will be part of our Awards Scheme and will work towards earning new badges.
Gymnastics Experience dayS
During school holidays we run Gymnastics Experience Days for children aged 5-9 years. Participants may want to give gymnastics a try for the first time or may already enjoy gymnastics and would like to do more.
We provide a jam-packed day from 10am-2pm led by our friendly team of instructors.
During the gymnastics experience day children will take take part in fun games and activities to learn and develop their:
- Balance
- Coordination
- Shapes
- Jumps
- Movement
- Free Play
Children will work individually as well as in pairs and small groups to maximise their learning and enjoyment. The different age groups will enjoy age and experience appropriate activities so whether they are learning the fundamental skills of gym or developing more advance aspects we have something for everyone.
