Intermediate Sports Coaching Academy

Our intermediate Sports Coaching Academy is the perfect qualification for those that love sport and would like to either explore sport as a career or for those that wish to develop core skills that are applicable to all industrys through sport. Participants will take part in a range of practical and theory sports sessions, take part in work experience and undertake regular self development sessions with their tutor. Those that have not yet achieved minimum Maths or English GCSE qualificaiotns will have additional lessons in these subjects to enhance their grades so this is a great option for those seeking potential routes in to higher level courses or traineeship/apprenticeship where maths and english are a pre requisite.

Our advanced sports Coaching Academy builds further on the intermediate course and partcipants will progress further on to Level 3. The course explores broader subject matters around sport and potential career oportunities as well as developing understanding around excersie and health. Extended Advanced Sports Coaching Academy

Our extended advanced sports coaching programme allows participants to extend their learning and qualificaiotn to reach Diploma level over a second year of learning. Participants will extend learning into understanding sports injuries and assessing risk whilst developing core skills linked to sport further. This is a fantastic option for people that are considering university as a future option. Those that have not yet reached minimum Maths or English qualifications will have additional lessons in these subjects to enhance their grades to support future university or further learning applications.

Our Core 2 Success course is perfect for individuals who are seeking to understand and develop a range of core skills that employers have identified as the most important ingredient for them in finding the right person for jobs.

Individuals on our C2S programme will explore the different core skills that are deemed most relevant to different industries and take part in a range of practical and interactive tasks and challenges to put their own core skills to the test and develop these skills and enhance employability.

Our Work Ready/ Step into courses are perfect for individuals Our Work Ready/ Step into courses are perfect for individuals who are seeking to gain employment within a specific role and or industry. These courses are developed with our partner employers and often come with guaranteed interviews for participants.

Individuals taking part in our work ready courses will develop the skills and confidence needed to be successful in their chosen industry.

These courses are led by employers and offer changes depending on the local area and current vacancies.

There are two models of Work Ready courses.

  •  Specific employer e.g Step into Masons Coaches or WH Smith
