Core 2 Success
Core 2 Success supports individuals that are seeking to understand and develop a range of core skills that employers have identified as the most important ingredient for them in finding the right person for jobs. Candidates on the programme will explore the different core skills that are deemed most relevant to different industries and take part in a range of practical and interactive tasks and challenges to put their own core skills to the test and develop these skills and enhance employability.
Participants work within a small group of up to 12 likeminded candidates and be led on by one of our friendly tutors. In addition to the course outcomes participants will also achieve a Certificate in Employability Skills which is a nationally recognised qualification and can be added to CV’s.
Each day of the course will see candidates take part in a range of active learning workshops, self-development portfolios, interactive group discussions and working partner presentations.


My Digital me
My Digital Me provides candidates with the knowledge, skill, confidence and understanding required to successfully undertake job search, application and interview within the Digital Age in which we live. Candidates will have access to a range of hardware’s and software throughout the course to build their own understanding and confidence. All candidates will have the opportunity to be supported in building their own professional social media profiles to further support their own development and job opportunities.
Participants will work within a small group of up to 12 likeminded candidates and be led on by one of our friendly tutors. In addition to the course outcomes participants will also achieve a Certificate in Digital Skills which is a nationally recognised qualification and can be added to CV’s. Each day of the course will see a mixture of project work, interactive discussion and challenges and working partner presentations to ensure a enjoyable and engaging experience for all candidates.
WellBeing 4 Work
Wellbeing 4 Work caters for individuals that have low self-esteem and confidence or that have previously or currently suffered from low level Mental Health complaints. Candidates on the W4W programme will work with staff to identify their own strength areas and celebrate these whilst also creating an environment that allows candidates to achieve success, make bonds and friendships with likeminded others and create support networks to enable them to move forward positively on their journey.
